A-Mission Statement
My mission is to serve with the core values of unity, justice, cherishment, scientificness and innovation. It is very important for me, respect all creatures, try to understand and to fulfil their needs.
B.Vision Statement
My vision statement is to support increasing the sustainability and welfare of society and companies, especially family businesses.
C.Qualifications
I have both academic and professional qualifications that are compatible and strengthens each other. For about 35 years, I have been working as a ast.prof. at the university and as a mentor and professional speaker in different sectors of business at the same time.
For this reason, my skills have developed in integrating, comparing, evaluating, assessing, seeing gaps and needs in academic and business life each other.
I can easily explore sectoral gaps, the needs and the risks of family companies; and I can easily detect niche areas in academic research.
Therefore, my researchs, studies were usually the first in the field. My master and doctoral theses are ones of the first theses in Turkey. I have organized the first certification program, published a book and broadcasted on TV Show on family companies in Türkiye. I did the first family constitution in Türkiye.
In addition, my academic studies, following other academic studies, my academic perspective, my work experience in different fields have helped me to successfully carry out my mentorships related to family businesses in different sectors.
As a result, I have strong academic and professional qualifications.

- (04/22/2015) During the period when I was the Head of the Department of Health Management at Istanbul Gelisim University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, we visited “Istanbul Avcılar Special Education Practice Centre State School for Moderate Mentally Disabled> with our students, watched their performances, shared their problems in the media and raised awareness among our students.

İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesi Erasmus Koordinatörlüğü ile birlikte, Erasmus öğrencilerinin seçimini ve Sağlık Yönetimi alanındaki Avrupa'da yer alan Üniversitelerin belirlenmesini ve gerekli yazışmaların gerçekleşmesine katkıda bulundum.
İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesinde, İstanbul Büyük Şehir Belediyesi ile protol imzalayarak, 2016 ve 2017 senelerinde Türk İşaret Dili Sertifika Programının gerçekleşmesini sağladım. Sağlık Yönetimi ve Sağlık Kurumları İşletmeciliği Bölümlerinden programı katılarak başarıyla tamamlayan toplam 80 öğrencimize sertifikaları tarafımdan verildi.
